School Librarian Evaluation Instrument
During the 2016-2017 school year, six schools in the Cobb County School District are engaged in a proof of concept for the School Librarian Evaluation Instrument, developed by the Georgia School Library Media Consortium, in an effort to better evaluate a 21st century library media specialist.
At this time (December 2016) this is a "pen and paper" system, with the hopes of digital platform coming soon. One evaluation scale is included below as a support document for each evaluation - 1x 30 minute teaching evaluation and 2x 10 minute conversations.
If you have any questions, please contact Holly Frilot at holly.frilot@cobbk12.org or 770-426-3315.
